CG Spectrum Institute to Host Their Inaugural Open Day

CG Spectrum Institute (CGSI) has opened registrations for its first official online Open Day, which will take place next month on December 12, starting at 10:00 am AEST. Hosted by CGSI's Acting Dean (Creative Faculties), Baden Uren, the event will feature an impressive line-up of industry professionals and academics.

For emerging artists and anyone curious about the film and games industry, attendees can expect to learn about some of the most in-demand careers in film and games from professional artists in those roles and discover how they can pave a pathway to a successful career through CGSI's accredited courses.

There will also be an intimate roundtable discussion featuring studio recruiters and producers to help aspiring film and games artists better understand how the industry works, what studio life is really like, the skills recruiters are looking for in junior artists, and much more.

The Open Day is set to conclude with a Q&A where attendees will be able to chat with the host, industry mentors, academic staff, admissions team, and special studio guests and have their questions answered live.
